Excellent customer service as always, which is why I keep returning to Liberty for all of my car service needs. My only complaint is with the sales department. Over the years, I've purchased 5 autos from returning to Liberty for all of my car service needs. My only complaint is with the sales department. Over the years, I've purchased 5 autos from Liberty Honda (and one from Liberty Mazda) and have had every car serviced regularly there. I received a very nice letter from the Executive Auto Group stating that, because I was such a loyal customer, I would be given a $1,000 discount the next time I purchased a car from Liberty Honda if I showed the letter. I brought the letter with me when I went to purchase my next auto, only to have Mr. Udi refuse to accept the letter. What good is a letter from top management if a regular employee is allowed to refuse it? P.S. I still have the letter, it's stored in my "Empty Promises" file. More

My appointment was quick and the receptionist helped explain things and answered my questions. But I had asked the service people to check out 2 noises. They had “checked” out certain spots but had not explain things and answered my questions. But I had asked the service people to check out 2 noises. They had “checked” out certain spots but had not heard anything. But I learned they had not taken the car for a drive. And I should bring it back if I hear the notices again to bring the car back. The noises have gotten louder and now I have to go back which is difficult to schedule into plans. I really expected they would have taken the car for a ride at the 1st request. More
