My low ratings for recommending the dealership had nothing to do with Angelica, but is based on the extremely disappointing lack of care/customer service by the manager, named Mike something or other, when I initially contacted him in August as I attempted to get the reimbursement he promised regarding a malfunctioning after market remote starter purchased through that Honda location. Had the starter installed in November of 2020 but it kept malfunctioning. When I complained to “Mike” in August he agreed to a partial refund. However I had to keep calling and emailing and even submitted a complaint to the company, which the company never responded to me. “Mike” apologized whenever I was able to get in touch with him but still no partial reimbursement for the longest time. At one point he responded that he forgot, and forwarded an email requesting a check cut and forwarded to me. After that email I followed up and was asked to “be patient”. I finally received a check at the end of November. the whole experience was extremely disappointing. More
