I placed my customer complaint. Still waiting on a call back. Was given two different answers from who I take to be the manager (he did not provide his name) and my sales rep Chloe. Explained my issue and they expected me to pay for their “suggestion” and not the actual issue at hand. Which they claim to be cables and something else. Yet the car still is not working. Again….
