I was able to get my vehicle in for warranty work within two weeks. The wait time for the dealer I bought my vehicle from was nearly three months. Prompt and courteous service. They did the services I asked of them and didn’t do the ones I denied at this time. No pressure, just great service. They did the services I asked of them and didn’t do the ones I denied at this time. No pressure, just great service. More

Left my car for 2 days to get my door lock cylinder fixed and differential oil changed, and came back on day 3 to find out the only thing that had been done was the differential oil change. Was told that the and differential oil changed, and came back on day 3 to find out the only thing that had been done was the differential oil change. Was told that the person who was supposed to put it in the system only put for the differential to be changed and to replace a cover that goes over my broken door lock. They then offered to pay for the $20 part, which is the price of the door cylinder because I looked it up myself for the year, make, and model. The only thing I had to pay for was the labor, which I can only imagine what that would cost if putting a simple cover over my door cost me $177. I will only be going to this Honda for oil fluids to be flushed, and put back into my car nothing else from now on unless I’m desperate. More
