Went to get service on 3 things 1. Removal of my ilock on my car 2. Tire rotation 3. Interior detail. Removal of ilock was a success and that was it. Whoever rotated my tires for Removal of my ilock on my car 2. Tire rotation 3. Interior detail. Removal of ilock was a success and that was it. Whoever rotated my tires forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my back two tires. I drove the car for not even a day and knew something is off. This is completely unacceptable I could have died or whoever drove my car could’ve died. And no apology was ever sent out to me or possible reimbursement. I expected my car to get detailed, when you make an appointment and request services I believe you’re re supposed to get what you ask for, especially if you’re paying good money for service. I got a call @ 4:00 saying they couldn’t detail my bar because they “didn’t have time” and that if I wanted it to be they would have to keep my car an extra day. Extremely disappointed because no one was accountable, or took the initiative. I could go online and write a long review for the public to see, but I’m not that person. I do appreciate this option where I can express my feelings about this in private. More
