Due to scheduling , Chris was on vacation when our car was ready for us so Kurt met with us and Charlie Bennett walked us through all the steps and set up our Bluetooth with our phones and made sure we were comfortable with our new car. And Ty Caldwell handled all of the paperwork very professionally. Our friends bought a new Subaru and were jealous of our Santa Fe Sport and all the features it has that there car doesn't have! We love our new car! More

I loved my 2013 Hyundia Elantra GT, which w I would like to share my experience with Ray and how he has turned a negative experience into a positive. I loved my 2013 Hyundia Elantra GT, which we had contracted for three years and soon found out that we were deceived and actually got a two year lease, after putting down a $4000 deposit. We were disappointed, shocked and amazed that the sales person at Rockland Hyundai had deceived us and they did nothing to help us. We were referred to Ray and he was amazing, he put us at ease and assured us that would be there for us. He is truly an asset to your company and his professionalism, understanding and caring for his clients, was deeply appreciated. We did not want to do business with Hyundai and was looking at other car companies, as we were appalled and disgusted at the way were treated. However, Ray has turned that around from start to finish and I am the proud owner of my new Hyundai Elantra GT 2016. More

Great place, until the back office Everything went well for the most part. The salesperson was great. The sales manager, Kurt, was phenomenal, which is the only reason why I might go ba Everything went well for the most part. The salesperson was great. The sales manager, Kurt, was phenomenal, which is the only reason why I might go back and recommend to my friends. GREG, the guy in the back office/finance guy, is quite unpleasant. Long story short, he messed up the contract. I had it signed and had a copy. The next day he calls my house TWICE and my work cell phone on the weekend and had the audacity to tell me to come back in to redo the contract. HE messed up the contract and wanted to redo it, BUT if I had messed up the contract and I caught it a day later and wanted to redo the contract... NO WAY he would allow that to happen. I spent an additional TWO HOURS! Arguing with the guy until the managers and the owner came out to apologize and told me that he should've never called me and told me GREG would have to "eat it". Just watch out at the back office with GREG. Do the due diligence and check over EVERYTHING on the contract before you sign anything! He might try to scam you or make a mistake and harass you later on. The salesperson, managers and the owners are great people. If you need to speak to a manager, find KURT. He's a great guy to work with. More
