They didn't have the shark-like "let's make a deal now" mentality of many other dealerships. I dealt with Bob Sealy who was very informative throughout the experience. He didn't push any options or prices that I couldn't afford and gave me the clearest, and best, deal. Once I chose the car, Kurt was able to break down all of the lease language and fees and gave a clear break down of each. I would definitely recommend Liberty Hyundai. More

Breath of Fresh Air After having bad experiences with the two other Hyundai Service Centers in our area, I was apprehensive about trying another one. I hate when Service After having bad experiences with the two other Hyundai Service Centers in our area, I was apprehensive about trying another one. I hate when Service Centers try to up-sell you on services that are not recommended in your Owner Manual. Also, one of the dealer service centers over-filled my oil which is highly warned against in the Owner Manual and on the engine itself. The new Liberty Service center is 100% different than the other two. Very clean and neat with attention to detail. There was absolutely no up-selling attempt, excellent price for the service I wanted, and great prices on parts I bought in their equally new, spacious, and attentive parts department. The facility is on-par with many luxury dealers, For a Saturday it was not hectic and over-crowded like the other two. Very civilized, calming, and relaxed. The Service Writer made it a point to address my concerns about the past over-filled oil experience and the service was completed quickly. More

Love my new elantra! I proudly brought in an Elantra in pristine condition. Greg, a lease manager coldly asked if I'd had it inspected. I told him that I'd called 3 times, but each time they said 'no problem, just bring it in. My mistake was that I believed them. A week later I received an $800 bill for damages that were not there when I turned it in, and not in the photos I'd taken that morning. I called Finance and Liberty, and both essentially said, 'tough. Prove it'. Usually big on surveys, they haven't sent me one now that they've tried to screw me. More
