Hi Colleen- We put in a request with the leasing company (Hyundai Finance) to clarify the billing for the damage on the car since they are responsible for sending a third party to inspect the car and the billing comes directly from them. The dealership does not see the inspection reports. The inspection report they provided doesn't show any damage on the car other than a scratch on the wheel and one on the bottom of the front bumper so we should have an answer shortly as to why you were billed for anything else. It could possibly just be an error on their part. Again, please understand that it is the leasing company, not the dealership that inspects lease returns and sends the invoices for damage.
