Awesome experience - AGAIN !! I took my Mom to this dealership because I had a very good experience there myself a few years ago. This time it was even better then I remembered. He was patience, honest and explained everything to my Mom without making her feel uncomfortable. In addition he gave her an incredible deal !! The business Manager Ty was equally good .... He too was very good with going over the lease agreement with my Mom (this was her very first time leasing) and he was a pleasure as well. I am planning on going back myself for another car in the next month and I will definitely see Ray. Thank you. More

wouldn't recommend as the Management was manipulative. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. Though the sales people are generally helpful and nice (Angelo) , overall the management leaves a lo I would definitely not recommend this dealership. They are very pushy and manipulative. we agreed on a price and then I was told that I misunderstood the price even though I had the price in writing. The managers were very aggressive and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This rating is purely for the management, not Angelo who was extremely pleasant and helpful. More

Absolute worst customer service in service dept Power steering failed in 2014 sonata hit curb because could not steer car properly and the service advisor basically said it's my fault because I coul Power steering failed in 2014 sonata hit curb because could not steer car properly and the service advisor basically said it's my fault because I could not steer a car . Thank God I wasn't on the Gsp and didn't have bodily injury. Service rep was not there to assist me at all. Seemed annoyed that I was even there ! Will not ever return to this dealership except to get my car which is a whole other story and will tell everyone I know to pass by dealership. Drive 40 miles is you have to go elsewhere . Eddie, (a fine car salesman and overall good guy) has taken great care of me over the past couple of years while I have been leasing my vehicle.
