The salesman was fine. It was his 2nd car he leased to us. The Finance Manager Mike was not. He would not take no for an answer. He told me all tires need to be replaced because they will be worn, an us. The Finance Manager Mike was not. He would not take no for an answer. He told me all tires need to be replaced because they will be worn, and the minute I drive out of the parking lot they are considered worn. What? He was rude, and sarcastic. He told me I better remember this day in 36 months. (Because I declined) He said he is paid very nicely there is no commission for him, he is trying to do me a favor. I advised him I have been leasing for 20 years (probably longer then he has held this job) and I was confident in my decision. I declined the offer of the add on lease end. He said he doesn't understand. I told him I don't understand why he is still hounding me about it and when I told him no several times! When he finally accepted my answer was no (30 minutes later) he was nothing but even ruder. He was trying to take advantage of my young daughter by scaring her into all this financial responsibility she will have when she turns the car in. I advised him that's my worry not his. I personally will never deal with that man again. I have leased 4 vehicles through this specific dealer but if he is there for my next lease I won't be back. A person as arogant as he should not be in sales. More

Sam was incredibly helpful I was not sure what car I wanted between Kona and Elantra. He wanted me to test drive both No rushing me.
