When I first bought a car the guy really had Nitros Oxide and Rust remover on the Purchase Order. Anyway shockingly I had an overall positive experience at this car dealership dealing with Juan Cabreja. Juan was very polite and extremely insightful about their vehicles. I knew a lot going in, but Juan told taught me so much more and was a delight to work with during this process. The guy even sat with me for 25 minutes AFTER I had already purchased the car to make sure I knew how everything worked. I'm tellin ya if you need a car make sure to ask for Juan. You will not be disappointed. More

Very disappointed with this dealership while the salesman were friendly they were difficult to reach and would hardly return calls despite leaving them several messages. They did try to help when you got the were friendly they were difficult to reach and would hardly return calls despite leaving them several messages. They did try to help when you got them on the phone though but the manager was far from that and even hung up with me on the phone telling me he was too busy to talk to me as he had other customers. Well I’m a customer too. He also never apologized even when he had the opportunity to do so. I would never use that dealership ever again and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks!
