Frustrated, we decided to go home until we saw the exact vehicle my Grandson wanted on the Liberty Hyundai lot! We met Juan who presented himself in a way that made you feel comfortable to talk to. He had two Elantra's that looked beautiful and was within my price range. With the assistance of his manager we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted with no pressure or frustration. Working with the Finance Manager went along smoothly as well. No aggressive sales pitch for any of the insurance or warranty products. I spent another week visiting dealers in my area to test drive the Santa Fe and discuss lease options so when I arrived at Liberty Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. After scheduling an appointment online with Victoria Miller I went to the dealership and she introduced me to Mike Mojica. Mike greeted me with courtesy and respect and asked me what I was interested in. He seemed actually surprised when I told him exactly which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to spend. So he wrote it all down on an offer form to bring to his manager. When he returned with an approval I was surprised since I was expecting to negotiate his counter offer. From then on the process was very easy and I picked up the new Santa Fe the following week without a hitch. I highly recommend Liberty Hyundai and Mike Mojica if you are a savvy shopper. More

Straightforward and Easy After a long day of trying to negotiate new and used car prices at various dealerships, I wound up leasing a new vehicle from Liberty Hyundai. One dealership made out as if they were giving me a great deal on a used 2017 Tucson but added $3000 in additional fees after settling on the price of the car. Another dealership promised a lightly used (around 20,000 miles) 2019 Kona at a decent price, but the vehicle itself was dirtier than in the pictures and had some unexpected problems. (A rear door lock was already broken and the parking sensor was not working.) I arrived at Liberty Hyundai dispirited, but Peter Lim walked me through my options without making me feel pressured to buy. I wound up test-driving a 2020 Kona SEL. Of all the dealerships I had been to, Peter Lim was the only salesman I actually saw following covid-19 guidelines for no-contact test-driving. He sanitized the steering wheel, seats, and car door handles right in front of me. He also led the drive in a separate vehicle so that we could maintain social distancing. Then on his first trip to the back office, he got us a reasonable price that included all taxes and fees, no hidden numbers. He then then worked with us to negotiate an even lower monthly payment. TLDR; I had a very positive experience. Peter Lim was accommodating without being pushy. He also followed the guidelines for a safe, no-contact test-driving and buying experience. More
