Please DO NOT ask for him. If you can AVOID him, do yourself a favor, please do. I'm just saying this because I would like to share my bad experience with him. He will not give you SUPPORT at all but all HIDDEN SURPRISES. I should have read and learned from other people's review before coming to him. Lesson learned. Just had a talk with the internet sales manager Ms. Charmaine. It was very unpleasant and very unprofessional. She got heated as I asked her questions regarding my potential interest in their services. Charmaine. It was very unpleasant and very unprofessional. When asked what the payment would be without a down payment, she misunderstood what I was saying, raised her voice, and proceeded to tell me not to put words in her mouth. (She thought I was saying that the price she told me she could match was one without down payment). Even though I understand why she might be annoyed if that is how she understood what I was saying, the unprofessional attitude she displayed deterred me from doing business with them. I hung up informing her that this is terrible customer service and that I will not doing business with them ever. It's a shame that they could've had another customer, yet the manager ruined it for them. Please go to a different dealer for your services. More
