First and foremost, my sales rep, Ed, never called me back when I asked him to. Ever. Secondly, after signing the lease, I was never informed my registration was ready. Third, and this one's the kicker, they entered all the wrong information on my contract. Some random person several towns over has been getting my statements with all of my personal information. And lastly, Hyundai Motor Finance never received the contract that has all the wrong information. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. They do not know what they're doing and WILL make careless mistakes. More
Fraudulent Sales Practices at Liberty Hyundai Yes, the one star reviews are piling up for a reason; I think the management (Kris Kamlet) at this dealership is a dishonest liar. I say this without worry of a defamation suit because I would own him in a deposition. Kris Kamlet lied and covered up his finance departments misdeeds. The dealership realized early on I was on to their antics so they withheld the Hyundai customer satisfaction survey from me. Kris does not want the truth getting back to Hyundai. I advise all potential customers to seek a more reputable dealer for your Hyundai and Genesis needs. More

Majoica originally gave me one price and then had the audacity to blame me for his revised and of course much higher price on the car. He then cops attitude with me and goes from being nice and respectful to being nasty and rude. Seriously one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had and from a guy who knew close to nothing about the product he was selling. Needless to say, went to buy another Genesis G80 from another dealership. Genesis should re-evaluate this dealership because they don’t reflect the brand. More
The worst customer service - can't even register a car I bought 4 cars from this dealer in the last year. Last 2 they never called me about plates. I called them before expiration of temps and found out th I bought 4 cars from this dealer in the last year. Last 2 they never called me about plates. I called them before expiration of temps and found out they were told weeks before they needed something but never called me. Mike Mojica (salesman) told me they could get me new temp plates which was wrong and he never called me back to follow up. Found out 2 days later that they found out they needed something else and still never called me. Manager Kris Kamlet wouldn't get on the phone with me or return my call until I got Hyundai corporate involved. Temporary plates expiring and they told me they won't provide loaners even though they admitted that they dropped the ball. How does a dealer not follow up on plates, let temp plates expire without, and not even provide a loaner. Looking at their reviews for the last few years, many more negative reviews in the last 12 months. Must be a change of management for the worse - probably Kris Kamlet. I saw him totally berate and older couple looking to buy as car as several of the other reviewers pointed out. Salesman Mike Mojica talks big about what he'll do but then didn't follow through. More

We then asked about 2 others that were also advertised and was told that they also were not available! A less desirable model was finally offered to us. If you are considering a purchasing a Hyundai, look elsewhere. More
Shockingly disrespectful I was moving along with our sales guy til the part where we needed to bring in the sales manager, I was only looking for literally a few dollars off o I was moving along with our sales guy til the part where we needed to bring in the sales manager, I was only looking for literally a few dollars off of the monthly bill, when "Kris the sales manager" was involved, he spoke to us as if we were children and when he realized we weren't happy with the deal, he actually took the papers of the table, told us we can go and when i went to shake the sales guy's hand Kris pointed at the door. I could not believe someone would do that. Clearly there goal was to makes cookie cutter sales and if you didn't like it, they literally kick you out of there show room. I would never recommend this place to anyone I didn't hate. Side note, I wrote a similar review on there Facebook page and they never published it. More

Stellar buying experience My husband and I recently purchased a Genesis G80 from Liberty Hyundai. We had a great experience and you will too if you are lucky enough to have TJ My husband and I recently purchased a Genesis G80 from Liberty Hyundai. We had a great experience and you will too if you are lucky enough to have TJ as your salesman. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and he really listens and hears how he can best assist you. We spent some time just looking at the vehicles, both in the showroom and on the lot before we took the G80 for a test drive. I’m usually nervous when I drive a vehicle for the first time but TJ made us feel so comfortable and at ease that I could really experience the drive. The negotiation process, which I generally detest, was a non issue with TJ working with us. I can’t say enough about the whole experience and we just love the car. For certain, I won’t buy a new car anywhere else! More
