Personally speaking, the usual experience, of buying/leasing a car is never a pleasant endeavor. The aforementioned was certainly not the case in our dealings with Juan Cabreja. Juan has wonderful interpersonal skills and comes across as a man who exudes integrity. Of course, when we initially sat down and crunched Numbers with him they were outrageously high. It’s a game of cat and mouse, so it’s always expected. Juan clearly knew that we were not going to bite, so we negotiated. I can honestly say, that the negotiations never felt contrived or unpleasant… It was actually a pleasure doing business with somebody who understood our wants/needs as well as we understood his. Juan is savvy as he knows how to read his customers/prospects. He was well aware that we don’t like slick salesman/sales managers, so he handled things appropriately letting negotiations proceed in a more organic/real nature.
