Customer Focused Bob Sealy (sales rep) and Eddie and Kris (Sales Mgr's) were courteous, professional and customer-service oriented. Overall, a great team to work with Bob Sealy (sales rep) and Eddie and Kris (Sales Mgr's) were courteous, professional and customer-service oriented. Overall, a great team to work with. I would, and will, recommend them without hesitation to other potential purchasers. One sales rep, Makayla, had known I was working with Bob Sealy and saw me at a local auto show. She went out of her way to explain, very persuasively, the merits purchasing my two vehicles from Liberty, as opposed to other options I might be considering. Obviously management takes pride and does a great job in instilling the best kind of customer focus mindset in all of its sales reps.
