Complete Turnaround Went to Liberty Hyundai for a previous lease. Experience initially was so-so. Salesman was "typical". Then, during negotiation the salesman became Went to Liberty Hyundai for a previous lease. Experience initially was so-so. Salesman was "typical". Then, during negotiation the salesman became unprofessional and I leased somewhere else. This time I gave Liberty Hyundai a shot again and complete opposite experience. Bob Sealy was excellent to deal with. No "over selling", no pressure, just a straight up negotiation. Sales manager was excellent as well. No "closer" pressure. We agreed upon a price, Sales Manager did better than I expected on price, without the typical "BS" that you get during a buying experience. I hope this is the model Liberty keeps. It was a pleasure to do business there and I have used the service department for a small issue and they are awesome as well. Flo over in service is great and I hope her and Bob continue to be part of Liberty Hyundai for a long time. More
