Went to the dealer with a good price on a vehicle we thought we wanted. After driving it we realized we wanted something else. I asked for their best price on a different car. All of a sudden the high p thought we wanted. After driving it we realized we wanted something else. I asked for their best price on a different car. All of a sudden the high pressure sales manager came in. We signed paperwork to get our of the dealer. Once home, I received quoted from two other dealers for the same vehicle for almost $2000 less. We agreed to pay more at Liberty, because of past experiences. However, once we agreed on a price we felt fair for the dealer, they could not get the vehicle and didn't return my phone calls. When we went to another other dealer who had the vehicle Liberty couldnt find (I personally found it exactly how we asked them for it at four different local dealers) we realize that Liberty kept our vehicles registration and claimed they didn't have it and quickly stopped returning phone calls and texts to try and get it back. Sad because I had a great experience with the family of dealerships twice on the past. More

We just traded in our 2018 CX-5 (that we leased from Liberty), for a lease on a 2021 CX-5. The monthly payments went DOWN for the same coverage. Very nice surprise. Paul Denning was a very experienced salesman. I went to the store today and spoke with him. There were times I did not feel comfortable answering some of the questions he asked. Like, he asked "what car do I drive?" before asking me anything else. Like some salesman, he asked several times that"are you willing to purchase the vehicle if the price is met?". Again, I did not want to answer that before knowing what prices are available and did not want to make a decision on buying cars so quickly. I don't prefer this type of "mind games" in the car selling industry. By putting this "mental" pressure on buyers, I do not feel pelasant after my visit. However, he worked in the car industry for many years and have many experience working with a variety of customers. He was friendly. He patiently waited us to look around the vehicle in the parking lot. He worked fast getting the price of the vehicle and handed to us as well. More
