Seamless purchase of Mazda CX-5 I went in to look at and test drive a used Mazda CX-5. I found a black one with low milage for a great price. I went into the dealership and Albert ca I went in to look at and test drive a used Mazda CX-5. I found a black one with low milage for a great price. I went into the dealership and Albert came right up to me asking me what I'm looking for. He understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and got the plates to test drive within seconds. Albert is Russian and so personable. Sometimes test driving cars can be awkward if the salesperson is not friendly or talkative, but this was the completely the opposite! After that I must have spent less than an hour to close the deal, get financing, and arrange pick up. They did everything for me and I was able to pick the car up as soon as I got insurance. Thank you Albert for making this process so easy and fun, I absolutely love my new car! More

The conversation felt open and transparent and I didn't have to deal with the stereotypical "car salesman hassle". I had a somewhat complicated situation trying to trade in a lease from VW before termination of the lease and Jim went out of his way to assist me. Definitely a substantially more pleasant car buying experience than my previous times at other dealerships. The only hassle was with Liberty Mazda's Check processing service not accepting my check but the manager worked quickly to rectify the situation. More
