The test drive in the CX-5 (that I eventually leased) was long and relaxing. He did not rush us, and answered all of our questions. We had our 19 month old twins with us who enjoyed the popcorn while we did the paperwork for the purchase and trade in. Once we got to the finance office they were getting a little frustrated with being there for so long, but Chris Ragaini was great and went as fast as he could, with being as throrough as possible, explaining everything to us as when went. He worked very hard to get me the best rate possible, trying out different banks and scenarios to get us the best deal. He was very funny, personable and even offered our boys his yogurt from his own personal lunch. He made the process not so boring for all of us and was great to work with! More
