Video just adds to time on clock that they charge it seems. Would rather they just tell me. They were able to apply coupons to reduce my bill, but didn't change the oil even though the sticker on then seems. Would rather they just tell me. They did car in and fixed in a day so much faster than local repair shops that told me a week before they could even look at it. Car was clean and running great in the end. More
