All the workers I encountered were friendly. The issue I have is that the paperwork was screwed up from beginning to end. Got my address wrong on just about all the papers. This meant I had to redo all the paperwork including having to cancel the new registration, return the plates and not have a car for a day. Lastly, might be minor but, I was told that the car would be put in the back on hoLtd ready for me to pick up. This did not happen. It was put back on the front lot for test driving, probably because they thought I was not going to buy it. If you say that you are going to do something, you do it. More
