The woman who answers the phones and makes the appointments is incredibly rude, and has an attitude when you ask questions, like you should know better than to ask a simple question. She is condescending and even raised her voice yelling at me when I asked a follow up question. As if calling her and asking her questions was bothering her. If it wasn’t for how amazing the service department treated me when I got there, I wouldn’t come back to this dealership because of my initial experience before even arriving at the dealership.
