On Memorial Day, 5/28/2012, I came in after having researched used cars on line. I was looking to trade in my large Ford Expedition for a more economical used vehicle. But, I did not want to sacrifi researched used cars on line. I was looking to trade in my large Ford Expedition for a more economical used vehicle. But, I did not want to sacrifice comfort. I had 2 vehicles in mind. James Fitzgerald greeted me warmly - and sat down with me to find out what I was looking for. He was not judgemental when I explained my credit wasn't in the best shape, he put me at ease and assured me that Liberty Toyota and he would do everything to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I test drove a 2009 Ford Edge and a 2010 Toyota Rav 4. The Edge won out. We sat down to crunch numbers. I told James what I was comfortable with and he went to finance to see what he could do. A few minutes later he came back and the deal was done!!!!! I was elated tp say the least! Then he turned me over to Pete Johnson for the paperwork. Pete was just as friendly and helpful as James. Again I felt very comfortable talking about my less than perfect credit and I did not feel that Pete saw me any differently than any customers with a 5-star credit rating! Customer service goes a long way in my book! Pete walked me through all of the paperwork and then my "new" vehicle was brought to me and I was off! Based on the outstanding experience I had with James and Pete (and even if they had not been able to get me into the car I wanted today I still would give them a glowing review simply because of the way I was treated - as a valued customer) and the rest of the staff I encountered - everyone had a smile and a hello and made sure I was being helped - I will come back here for all of my future cars needs. That is as long as I am still living within a reasonable distance of Liberty Toyota. LOL. I have purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime and Liberty Toyota ranks at the top in customer service, satisfaction and pricing!!!!! Thank you so much - you have a fan for life! More
