The 2014 Highlanders were just coming out, and so quick turnaround was difficult. A competitive dealership gave me the run around on delivery date. I became frustrated, and called Liberty Toyota. Anthony Musero and Jeff Noll provided exceptional customer service. They listened carefully to my requests and communicated with me frequently to keep me abreast of delivery timing, etc. I love the car, and definitely recommend Liberty Toyota to others. I will be buying from them in the future, I'm sure of it! More

I knew this, and called Liberty to find out if a vehicle on their lot had the options I wanted. It turned out that it didn't, but they took my information and told me that they would call me back if they could find one. They called back in about 30 minutes (around 9:30 AM), and said that they had found the car at another dealer, and could get it for me without a transfer charge. They told me that I HAD to get there by 4 PM to go over the paperwork. I told him that we'd plan for 3:30. My husband and I rearranged our schedules and went to a great deal of trouble to leave work early, and we got there around 3:40. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were seated at a table with a visible sign saying 'The car you saw today and will think about buying tomorrow might be the car someone else saw yesterday and will buy today.', and a clear view of the sales board (right out in the open) with names and monthly numbers for each salesman, in descending order. Bad sign. Then, the internet sales manager came out and said that they had placed a few calls to the other dealership, but that they didn't have confirmation that they could get the car. He suggested that we go ahead and sign the paperwork anyway, and they would refund our deposit if they couldn't get it. We were getting very skeptical at this point, and told him we'd wait for him to reach the other dealer. We went out to the lot to take a final look at the color while they waited to hear back, and then he comes back out to tell us that the trade manager at the other dealership had left for the day. At this point, the salesman out on the lot with us points out that they could add dealer-installed version of SOME of the options we wanted (but not all) to a car they DID have on the lot. It's still unclear to me why the car was not confirmed when I was told that they could get it, and especially why it was not confirmed between 9:30 and 3:30, when we had an appointment and they knew we were coming to buy the car. The request to give them a deposit on a car that existed only in theory was particularly galling, as was the considerable time and trouble involved in getting to the dealership during the workday only to find that they didn't even know if they could get the car we were ostensibly there to buy. This was clearly a tactic to get us in the door and build pressure/momentum so that they could sell us something once we were there, even if it wasn't quite what we came to buy. We walked away, certainly not happy, but glad not to be dealing with them, and will not return. Beware - might be a good deal if they have exactly what you want on the lot, but after this experience I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there were lots of add-ons tacked in during the purchase process as well. Honesty, transparency, and respect for the customer apparently aren't valued very highly, and they'll do or say anything to get you 'hooked'. More

Marvin and Carl listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle, and needed on the financial side, and we reached a deal that I am happy with. We currently have three vehicles from Liberty Toyota (have purchased four throughout the years), and always service them through Joe Fazio. He always accommodates our schedules, thoroughly explains things, and keeps us informed of what to expect down the road. We're will remain loyal Liberty Toyota customers. More

I went in looking at a used 2013 Toyota Rav4 and I was very distinct in wanting the dark gray exterior after building numerous new 2014 versions online before finally coming into the dealership. The used one that I originally looked at did not have a sunroof but Misha was able to have another dealership transport a 2014 brand new Rav4 in the color that I wanted AND a sunroof! I was ecstatic to find out the interior was black which was exactly what I wanted as well, although I was willing to bend. I am so glad that I chose the new model and he was able to get me exactly what I had built on the website to start with. He made it a point to call me and expressed his excitement on the phone that the interior was black which I found extremely considerate. Chris Bennett also contributed in making sure I was taken care of, which is how every manager should be! It was very reassuring and made me feel I was in good hands. All in all, my experience was awesome. I felt very taken care of and walked out with a great deal on a great car. I LOVE IT!!! Pete Johnson helped sort out all of my financing and I feel as though everyone really cares about the customer's needs. This was my very first car purchased (as I am 23 years old) so I was very nervous. Pete helped break down everything for me so that I was able to understand everything and gave me options to find out what I would be able to afford. I was very comfortable after discussing everything with him, which made the entire process so much less nerve-racking! I also received a phone call a few days later from Misha checking up to make sure that everything was good. They truly care about their customers and make sure they get the best. 5 star service & staff!!! VERY SATISFIED!! More

We provided very specific car requirements to our salesperson Mr. Doug Phillips and the dealership was able to get it after 30 days. Why did it take so long? Because the dealer did not have the car we wanted and it was not in the Toyota inventory in the 150 mile radius of the dealership. The staff monitoring the online Toyota inventory kept up their diligent search and found what we exactly wanted. Doug and other staff members were very professional. They kept us updated and provided great service. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealer. Although there are other Toyota dealers closer to our house and this is a little ways off, we still come to Liberty Toyota because we have always had a enjoyable experience. By the way this is our the Avalon my wife has purchased. As she says all the time, "I am addicted to Avalons"! More
