i made an appointment, however when I arrived their was confusion as too whom my appointment was with. The actual process was ok, I still can't understand why the process takes so long, especially when i confusion as too whom my appointment was with. My sales rep did not do a good job with following up or returning phone calls while going through the final process.I returned a couple of days later to pick up my "we owe" item (mats) i stood at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes, several people were in the lobby and even walked by without any acknowledgment, finally an employee from the lot (not a sales person) asked if I needed any assistance, he had my sales person paiged. I had sent my Sales person a text, first thing in the morning to let him know I would be stopping by on my lunch break, needless to say I didn't make it back to work on time. Although, this may not seem important to some people, it was too me, because I also work for a major company in the area that values customer service, if this would have happened on my initial visit, I would have left and went to another dealer. Hopefully, my experience with "Servicing' will be a lot better. More

James is very friendly, honest person. He us correct info and helped us choose the right car for us. From the time that I walked into the dealership, everyone made me feel welcomed. I was introduced to Jeff Noll, who asked me how he could help me. I told Jeff that I was interested in a new Toyota 4Runner made me feel welcomed. I was introduced to Jeff Noll, who asked me how he could help me. I told Jeff that I was interested in a new Toyota 4Runner and he asked me specific questions to help me to find the vehicle that met my needs. Jeff showed me the 4Runners that had the features that I was looking to purchase. One of the first vehicles that he showed me I test drove, and ultimately purchased. During the test drive, Jeff did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. I could tell the difference with Jeff since I looked at other Toyota dealers and did not have that same experience. When we returned to the dealership, we discussed the vehicle and I told him that I was interested in talking price. Jeff was honest and he worked with management to present a very competitive price from the start, which made me know that they wanted to sell me this vehicle. Jeff demonstrated this commitment throughout the process and communicated regularly with me. I was having some mechanical issue with my old vehicle and Jeff went the extra mile and was able to include my old vehicle as a trade. The experience was great and I plan to introduce friends and family to Liberty Toyota and Jeff Noll. More
My husband and I wanted to purchase a Toyota Prius C. We are so happy we decided to go to Liberty Toyota, Burlington, NJ. Their internet people responded immediately with the information my husband asked for which was very helpful. When we pulled up to Liberty Toyota, there was a very nice guy (salesman) Jeff Noll who greeted us immediately after we stepped out of our car. Jeff was wonderful and very helpful from the start. He immediately pulled the car up to the front of the showroom for us to take a test drive. He went with us which was very helpful because we were not familiar with the roads in that area. He discussed with us the car we were looking at and he was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all our questions. It started to rain very heavy with a thunderstorm. As we pulled back into the dealership he was very kind to let us pull up very close to the showroom under a covered roof so we would not get wet. We went in and discussed the car and did not feel pressured in any way. It was very late and he stayed over to continue discussing the car and our options. It was too late for us to make a decision that night and Jeff was okay with that and he was very understanding. I told him we would be back and we would come to him because of his kindness and that we just needed to think about our decision overnight. My husband and I came home and talked about the car and how impressed we were with Jeff. The next morning we called Jeff and told him we were going to buy the Prius C that he had showed us. He was very happy. He met us at the dealership and the car was ready and detailed and looked very pretty. We took it for one final test drive and came back and signed the papers. Jeff made buying the car such a nice experience and we were very relaxed during the entire process. He took care of changing over our car insurance to the new car. He made our First Service Appointment for us. He shook our hand and we told him we really enjoyed him being our salesman. We love the new car. Jeff has called us several times to see if we had any questions and to see how we liked our new car. We told him we loved it and we were so happy we bought it from him. More

I was greeted by James Kolluboi, one of the most pleasant sales consultants with whomb I have ever dealt. James quickly eased any apprehensions about the whole car buying/leasing process. He worked dilligently to satisfy me that I was getting a great deal in my transaction. I could tell from how he greeted other former customers who happened to be at the dealership that he was well liked by all. Both the GSM and Finance Manager whom I dealt with briefly were also very pleasant. I would highly reccommend Liberty Toyota to anyone seeking to buy or lease a vehicle. More
