Let me start off with saying that I have always dreaded purchasing a car due to typical salesman pressure. However, this all changed when I met Jeff Noll!!! My husband and I had been searching for a us purchasing a car due to typical salesman pressure. However, this all changed when I met Jeff Noll!!! My husband and I had been searching for a used certified camry in central jersey to no avail. We found a camry on Autotrader's website at Liberty Toyota and decided to take the hour drive down. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Jeff Noll with a great big smile and a firm handshake. Unfortunately, the camry color was not to our liking and Jeff did not try to push the car on us, like many other dealers do. Instead, he truly listened to our needs, and we exchanged cell phone numbers for him to reach out to us once we found something. A few days later, my husband and I had a change of heart and found a used certified venza on Autotrader's website at Liberty Toyota. We immediately called Jeff, and he offered to take a look at the car to ensure it was in excellent condition and prevent us from taking an unnecessarily long trip. Jeff promptly called us back with honest details about the car's condition. Once my husband and I decided the condition sounded as if it was worth the trip, Jeff offered to hold to car to the side while we drove down. Upon arrival, Jeff took his time with us and gave us a truly excellent price on the car. We then decided to purchase the car. Overall, Jeff was a true professional with a compassion for his job as well as his customers. He is a courteous, caring, and honest individual, which is a rare find in the car salesman industry. Jeff Noll is an asset to Liberty Toyota, and they should consider themselves extremely fortunate. We highly recommend working with Jeff Noll at Liberty Toyota to anyone/everyone. We will definitely be a returning customer, all due to Jeff! More
Angel was very professional and helpful. He took into account what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I purchased a 2006 Avalon that I found on-line. I visited the dealership and was greeted by Milt Ortiz. Milt was genuinely friendly and very knowledgable about the car. I took the car for a very long test-drive (Milt's longest ever) and then purchased the car. The on-line price for the car was fair, so I did not feel the need to bargain any further. I purchased the car on a Saturday, and my insurance company and agent were not open. The dealership paid for comprehensive insurance on the car for three days so that I could take the care immediately (at a cost of about $150). They also provided me with a full tank of gas. The dealership provided me with a Car-Fax report, which showed the entire service history for the car. The dealership showroom was decorated nicely. More importantly, they didn't have any of those ridiculous tack-on charges to the sale to try to jack up the cost of the car. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire buying process, and certainly intend to do business again with this dealership when I am in the market for another car. More
