I'm not a customer; never was and never will be. They just sent me a text message out of the blue, addressing me by name, inviting me in to "become a showroom customer". If their idea of ethical business practices includes sending out 'junk-mail' text messages is a good way to expand their client base, I can't even begin to imagine what their sales practices must be like. Many car dealers these days already have a bad reputation for adding on junk fees on to their customers' invoices and this incident tells me these guys are probably the worst of the worst. Actions speak louder than words, people! More

I purchased a used Lincoln MKZ in Dec of 2020. I drove said vehicle which drives nicely back to Milwaukee. I awaited my license plates to arrive and received a bill from the WI DMV asking me to pay the $ said vehicle which drives nicely back to Milwaukee.
