Liccardi Chrysler Dodge RAM Mitsubishi is part of a seventy-year tradition of family owned and operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville, NJ. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son Clemente, the dealership moved to Plainfield, NJ. As they continued to grow, they needed more space. In 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved onto Route 22 in Green Brook, NJ where they quickly became the tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer. The Liccardi Ford Dealership opened in Watchung, NJ in 1991 selling cars and trucks including Ford Commercial Trucks. They also rose rapidly in the ranks of New Jersey's top selling Ford Dealerships. Both dealerships sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. In recent years, they acquired the Lincoln, Dodge, RAM and Mitsubishi Franchises at their Green Brook location and relocated the Lincoln Franchise to their Watchung location. They now have a combined inventory of over 400 vehicles, both locations have full Service Departments and fully stocked Parts Departments on premises. Service is a priority at Liccardi. They have top factory trained technicians at both locations, they service ALL makes and models, and because they stock over a million dollars in parts, most services can be done the same day. Their goal is to "fix it right, the first time". The Liccardi Auto Group is still family owned and operated by Clemente Liccardi's sons; Greg, Jeff and Kevin Liccardi. They all work in the Showrooms everyday and are involved in all aspects of the operations. That allows them to be in touch with their customers and their demands for selection, price and service. Thank you for your feedback. You initially mentioned that some emissions parts were missing. We asked you to bring the truck back so we could inspect it, but you chose not to do that and just wanted us to be aware of the issue. You expressed that you still wanted the truck, so we offered a refund if you were willing to let us inspect it. However, you declined the inspection and signed a release stating that the truck had all its parts. A few months later, we were contacted by the co-owner of the truck regarding the missing emissions parts. We explained that the issue had been resolved based on your earlier confirmation. We were then visited by a DEP agent who reviewed the situation and confirmed that we had done nothing wrong. Despite this, we’ve received a negative review. Please know that we did offer a refund and tried to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. We are committed to adhering strictly to all regulations and laws, including those concerning emissions and vehicle compliance. We take such concerns seriously and ensure that all our vehicles meet legal standards. If you have any further concerns, please let us know. We’re here to help.
