Liccardi Ford Lincoln is part of a seventy-year tradition of family owned and operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville, NJ. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son Clemente, the dealership moved to Plainfield, NJ. As they continued to grow, they needed more space. In 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved onto Route 22 in Green Brook, NJ where they quickly became the tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer.
The Liccardi Ford Dealership opened in Watchung, NJ in 1991 selling cars and trucks including Ford Commercial Trucks. They also rose rapidly in the ranks of New Jersey's top selling Ford Dealerships. Both dealerships sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. In recent years, they acquired the Lincoln, Dodge, and RAM Franchises at their Green Brook location and relocated the Lincoln Franchise to their Watchung location. They now have a combined inventory of over 400 vehicles, both locations have full Service Departments and fully stocked Parts Departments on premises.
Service is a priority at Liccardi. They have top factory trained technicians at both locations, they service ALL makes and models, and because they stock over a million dollars in parts, most services can be done the same day. Their goal is to "fix it right, the first time". You can also schedule Service Appointments online at www.liccardi.com, they also offer convenient Saturday Service hours. The Liccardi Auto Group is still family owned and operated by Clemente Liccardi's sons; Greg, Jeff and Kevin Liccardi. They all work in the Showrooms everyday and are involved in all aspects of the operations. That allows them to be in touch with their customers and their demands for selection, price and service. Worst dealership ever, they try to charge you for extras you don't need just to put money in there pocket. They charged me over 900. For Gap insurance I said I didn't want and was told I had to have, to t you don't need just to put money in there pocket. They charged me over 900. Which they said was to service the car, get home and my oil remaining is at 23%. The are the biggest scammers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More

VERY DISSATISFIED! For over a week I had negotiated a deal with a sales person and we agreed both verbally and through email on the price. When it came down to picking up the vehicle, they reneged on the deal with a sales person and we agreed both verbally and through email on the price. When it came down to picking up the vehicle, they reneged on the deal. Said "I had to finance with them or deal is off ". I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer, be wary. More

I purchased a car 3/24/20 at the start of Covid-19. The car was $16K as per the on line price.The car was delivered by the salesman who was pleasant. I was charged double but I needed a car. The exterior was good but the interior of the car has burn marks. The saleman said he would correct the issues upon reopening. It also leaked oil, which I had to take to get fixed. I requested a refund on the repairs which I haven't received to date 8/17/20. Calls go unanswered, asking for a manager is impossible. I was lied to over and over again about the paperwork that I signed showing I purchased the car. It was suppose to be sent via fedex. It took 5 months to get my paperwork after finally after speaking to a manager and it came regular mail. Had I read previous reviews I would not have bought the car. Called this morning about my refund for the repairs...no answer...just horrible More

Online prices are FAKE !!! I wad directed to this dealership through the Costco Auto Buying Program. Already had the car picked out. Test drove it, ready to buy. Came back with a RIDICULOUS lease price. I could have leased a BMW X3 for the amount quoted. I told them I was a Costco member and needed the Costco Pricing. I got the "DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS LOOK". "Oh, you didn't tell me that". I was given a new price which was higher than the online advertised price online. I wasn't given rebated that I qualified for ($2000). Had to leave before I insulted the salesman the way he insulted me with his pricing. More

Worst dealership experience in my life We bought a used car from Liccardi in early June. They advertised the car as one price and then added a bunch of nonsense fees plus a $1,500 fee for t We bought a used car from Liccardi in early June. Well, in the first month we had the car, we had to have the AC replaced, the trunk door fixed, the sunroof fixed, and a tire valve replaced. Every time we have called or texted our salesperson he ignores us. We called looking to speak to a manager, was hung up on twice, left a message that was never returned. They respond to Google reviews with a FAKE number to reach the manager. AVOID this place at all costs!! More

Received an apology Wednesday and was told I’d have the info. Silence all day. Checked the site today and the vehicle has increased by roughly $4,000. And dealers wonder why people loathe car shopping. Will be taking my business elsewhere. More

STAY AWAY! Dishonest and completely unprofessional. I Showed up to my appointment, test drove the car I was negotiating a cash deal with for the past week, was then told it was sold in the morning. They pawned me off to another sales rep that was Hispanic because they assumed I spoke Spanish due to my last name. I was told this car was a lease, but it was really bought at an auction. No one I spoke with was trustworthy or told the truth. They wouldn’t even provide me with business cards.
