Well, not only does this dealership lie regarding how banks cannot lend money to customers unless it is a certain amount, they also run your credit th Well, not only does this dealership lie regarding how banks cannot lend money to customers unless it is a certain amount, they also run your credit through several of them without you even knowing. I came in to purchase a vehicle that when I test drove it, had a check engine light on. Not only did this dealership try and tell me nothing was wrong with the vehicle, they refused to tell me what the code was that caused for the check engine light to come on. I scanned the vehicle myself, of course the engine had issues. What mechanic checked this vehicle and did not address the check engine light was too bizarre for me. To top it off, instead of offering to fix the issue of the vehicle, they tried to sell me two pieces of complete junk. Sorry, no thanks! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! I have been leasing cars for the bast 15 years and the staff here at Liccard Ford Lincoln were awesome. I was able to get pricing from Diane and make an appointment. As I came in I was greeted by Paul. I informed Paul that all I wanted to do was test drive a Nautilus and he actually let me pick out one that I was interested in. As we finished the test drive I just couldn't resist and had to confirm the numbers I was given by Diane. Paul went to his manager Mike who reassured me that the number were right. After agreeing to them I was escorted to the finance office where I met Jimmy. Usually I thought that would be a longer process but Jimmy had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. Since I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, I was not ready to drive home my new car. Paul told me that it was not a problem and offered to bring my new car home at my convenience. I have never been more pleased than the way I was treated by the entire Liccardi sales staff. Thank you all so much! More
