Great Experience I came in June looking to order an Explorer Sport. I was greeted at the door by Paul. Paul took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it. Unfortunately the Explorer Sport was not the right color and did not have all the features I wanted. So we sat down and Paul was able to build an Explorer just the way I wanted. I was told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in. Through out the whole time of waiting for my truck to show up at the dealership, Paul kept me informed through out the whole time. Sure enough at week 6, my truck came in. It was perfect. This is the first time I ever ordered a car from this dealership and I had a great experience. Paul allowed me to pick out the car from the whole inventory and even though I picked a more expensive car than I originally wanted, they gave me the same discount that I had gotten through the internet. Easy, Easy, Easy. Paperwork was quick and efficient. Paul then gave we a complete overview of the car at delivery and even offered for me to come back if I had any questions when I got home. A few days later I was called to set up my appointment for heated seats that I wanted and to arrange a loaner car. Definitely not your typical " I got your money now goodbye" dealer. Will never patronize your dealership again. Unconscionable customer service. More
