There's another review from brandon414 which is your user name that is positive that was posted after this review. Please clarify and if there is an issue that can be resolved so that we can avoid a negative review, let me know so that I can inquire to our Service Manager. Thank you. _____________________________________________________ brandon414 wrote on 1/9/2013 11:01:09 AM: Both...the service I got there was very good the only complaint I have is that the oil change reminder sticker that they put in my window was blank and also you guys replaced my radiator and I think it leakes still Liccardi Ford Lincoln wrote on 1/9/2013 2:17:20 PM: Hi Brandon, Our Service Manager, Tom Parsons would like to ensure your satisfaction. Please call to schedule an appointment so that your radiator can be checked and be provided with a new reminder sticker.

My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service. We confirmed that the vehicle ( 1997 Expedition with 359,000 miles ) did not start and replaced a fuel pump relay and also corrected some wiring under the dash. When the vehicle picked up from our dealership, it was then driven to Alabama. A dealership in Alabama called us and described the another repair that they were doing. That repair was a totally separate issue than what we had repaired. Unfortunately, the warranty is based on repairs that we make. We apologize for your convenience although we were not the cause.
