I was quickly taken care, given a test drive, I was not talked down to or intimidated in any way during the sales process. I traded in a vehicle so there was a little negotiation in regards to that. There was no BS in how they dealt with me. I appreciate the honest and upfront conversation. I was given a fair deal and was walked through each step of the process. Dave was kind, courteous and an absolute professional all along the way. He followed up with me a few times after I left to ensure all was well and if I was happy. Rainy Monday Durango Marc was willing to help us even tho the weather was very rainy. Started off great, almost ended bad... My husband and I drove an hour to to get a chevy equinox we fell in love with. We had been looking for a used suv for weeks and were so happy to find My husband and I drove an hour to to get a chevy equinox we fell in love with. We had been looking for a used suv for weeks and were so happy to find one that fell in our budget. We worked with Chase in the beginning - he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We felt like he did a good job in selling us the car. The car was used, so there were quite a few scratches and scuffs around the exterior. Chase explained that it would be no problem getting the equinox detailed to ensure it looked great when we took it off the lot. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we had to leave and come back towards our hometown to get the paperwork and details done through a local credit union ( better interest rate). When we went back to pick up our car (2 days later), it had not been detailed as it had been promised it would be by Chase (who happened to not be there when we picked it up). Rick, another sales consultant was there as I was explaining why I was upset and he took the initiative to get us taken care of. So, we ended up taking the car home that day and he had someone come pick it up from our home the next day to take back to the dealership to be buffed and detailed. The driver then brought our car back to us looking much better that same evening. So, thanks to Rick our experienced ended as well as it began. I'm not sure if maybe this ended up just being a lack of communication, or something slipping through the cracks, but I felt like we were blew off when we showed up and the car hadn't been touched. When Rick made sure to follow through with everything and get us taken care of, I felt much better about the situation. Overall the experience was pretty good. More
