We are sorry that you feel we acted unfairly in your mother's recent service visit. We will do our best to prevent a situation like this to happen again. Our service team has contacted your mother after the situation and has confirmed with her that she is happy with her car. Our Service team also feels that we presented her with what needed to be fixed at that time, and also informed her about an engine oil leak. We stated that engine oil leak didn't have to been repaired at that time, but showed her what it would cost to repair the engine oil leak. She did then decide to have the engine oil leak repaired on her vehicle. At the time we were under no assumption that she needed to check in with you before making any repairs. We have now noted your name and number in our system. It will have us notify you of any repairs being made outside of standard maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, etc.) If you feel that our response to this is still not acceptable please contact us.
