My car buying experience with Lima Auto Mall went well. Sean contacted me after hours to answer questions and then again first thing in the morning as I requested. There was a chip in one of the taillights that I did not even notice, however, Sean did and ordered a new one before he even delivered the car. I have not bought many new or newer used cars but I hope when I do again I can deal with Lima Auto Mall and have an equally satisfying experience. More

After agreeing to a deal they delayed the contracts for several days. In that time I sold my truck in anticipation of the new trucks arrival. Once the delayed contracts reached me there was additional $160 several days. In that time I sold my truck in anticipation of the new trucks arrival. Now I am without a truck and without a new truck. I would highly recommend finding a dealer that will be honest and straight forward if the deal changes. Don't trust them as they do not hold to their word. More

I am very pleased with the salesman (Aaron Brougher) we worked with. We called late in the day on a saturday & Aaron informed us that they closed at 3pm but he would be happy to stay open to show us the c worked with. We then worked on the pricing. The dealership worked with us to achieve a price that fit our budget. Every step of this process was pleasent & honest (refreshing).
