I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing our 2013 Chrysler Town & Country from the Lima Auto Mall. I worked primarily with Dave to come to an agreement on our new van. I traveled from SouthWest Michigan down to the Lima Auto Mall and went to purchase a 2013 Cadillac ATS. Unfortunately, I got a late start and ended up getting to the dealer only 30 minutes before closing, Mall and went to purchase a 2013 Cadillac ATS. Unfortunately, I got a late start and ended up getting to the dealer only 30 minutes before closing, but this was no problem for Rick as he provided a full experience regardless of the time being past the closing. I'm very happy with my experience with Lima Auto Mall and specifically Rick who really went above and beyond to provide a good purchasing experience. I prefer the laid back approach, and Rick was this and more and was not pushy in the slightest, which is definitely my preference. I highly recommend using Lima Auto Mall in Lima, Ohio! More

Nick was super friendly! He made absolutely sure that we were certain with what we wanted, answered all our questions and even told us that we would probably make more on our old car by selling it outright were certain with what we wanted, answered all our questions and even told us that we would probably make more on our old car by selling it outright vs. trading it in. He took the time to review features of the car, show us the where's and how's of the car instead of just saying that the owners booklet would tell us the info. It was an excellent experience. I recent had surgery and was unable to drive five hours to trade for the vehicle I wanted. We did all the paper work over the phone. My experience at The Lima Auto Mall was great! They had a 2002 Monte Carlo with only 60,000 miles on it almost like new, and had what I feel was a very good price. I had already done some research on ebay to 2002 Monte Carlo with only 60,000 miles on it almost like new, and had what I feel was a very good price. I had already done some research on ebay to see what the value of the car was and most had well over 100,000 miles nothing close to what I bought from The Auto Mall. And they also gave me a 90 day drive train warranty on the car. I showed up about 15 min before closing time to look at the car and my sales person was Eve Brock. I didn't realize how late it was and offered to come back the next day but, Eve was more then happy to stick around and let me drive the car and get the paper work started for the purchase the next day. Eve was very helpful but not at all pushy, she gave me all my financing options, gave me a good price and was really helpful! Eve has also called me a couple of times since the purchase just to make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Eve and the team at The Lima Auto Mall!! More
