I am so sorry that you are having trouble with the MyLincolnTouch system in your vehicle. The system should not be slow and it typically responds quickly. There are multiple operations that we can perform that may speed up your system. Additionally, your owner's manual and other documents should have been presented in a black leather bound pouch with the Lincoln star on the front.
