Brought my mom's 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis with 26,000 miles in for a problem with the anti lock brake system. Through their persistence they were able to resolve a stubborn error code that remained after new parts were installed. Some repair shops would have given up with a difficult repair such as this. The cost and all associated fees were explained carefully and Andy (GM) was extremely 'up front' about financing options and costs. I looked and considered the transaction over a period of several days, and was never made to feel pressured or 'pushed'. A casual follow up email was the only contact I had, when I was not physically at the dealership. Many questions I had were answered via email. In short, I would highly recommend this dealer and the personnel with whom I dealt. I felt that I was among 'family' who were only there to answer my questions and address my concerns.
