Pre-certified Acura RDX 2021 - after buying it needed a new cylinder head and fuel jets, a new battery (and the new one only lasted a year and was too small), new windshield which they would only pay half new cylinder head and fuel jets, a new battery (and the new one only lasted a year and was too small), new windshield which they would only pay half of a non OEM windshield, new front rotors. It took 4 service appointments and a second opinion for them to repair the engine. More

For this reason, it probably took longer than usual for the transaction; hence, my mid-range rating of speed of service. Nevertheless, I felt like a valued customer and my needs were met. Marc Bauer had sold me a car 10 years ago and, when I called the general sales number to make an appointment, he instantly remembered me. I was even more impressed when he recognized me as soon as I walked in the door! I recommend Lindsay for their customer care and service. That I gave them a middle-of-the-road rating for speed of service should not deter you. You know that the busiest establishments are always the best ones. More
