I was introduced to an exceptionally kind and knowledgeable salesperson.......Mr. Brad Hansel. Brad Hansel allowed me to ask the craziest questions, never once making me feel like I was out of my depth. I was very impressed as I noticed (I actually counted and made note of the dates) of the many awards which were displayed in Brad's cubicle. There were annual awards "Silver Salesman Award" dating from 2009 to the present. This man KNOWS Honda automobiles. Brad will provide you with a positive (and fun) car buying experience. No high pressure sales and no fast, slick talking rhetoric that the average individual wouldn't understand anyway! Brad asked me 2 questions......what type of vehicle was I interested in and what were my financial parameters. Then Brad LISTENED! He really listened to the multitude of questions I asked and then Brad answered every one of them. Brad made it happen. I drove home that day in my beautiful new CRV. Traded in my Jetta for a Civic My Jetta was getting to the point that investing in maintenance and repairs were going to out run her value. He wasn't available the day I went in but Dan set me up with a test drive. In the meantime I visited another Honda dealership and was not as happy with the service, pricing and warm personality of the Lindsay sales team.
