From a customer's viewpoint it seemed very well organized. Our salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer a multitude of questions, didn't pressure us and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. He also had a keen eye in evaluating and getting to know us which enabled conversations, at times, to be light-hearted and humorous but also serious when appropriate. More
