WE CONTACTED BRAD HANSEL VIA PHONE FOR A "BALL-PARK" FIGURE ON A 2011 HONDA ODYSSEY TOURING ELITE TO INCLUDE A TRADE IN OF A 2010 HONDA ODYSSEY TOURING. WE CONTACTED A FEW DIFFERENT DEALERS BUT BRAD WAS THE ONLY ONE TO AT LEAST GIVE US A FIGURE THAT WE COULD WORK WITH. OTHER DEALERS INDICATED IT WAS NECESSARY FOR US TO COME TO THEM, BRING OUR VEHICLE,ETC. ETC. ETC. WE THEN MET WITH BRAD AND MADE A DEAL WITHIN AN HOUR. NO PRESSURE, NO GAMES. The team at Lindsay Honda was great! While it was a little bit of a wait (it was a Saturday afternoon after all), Jack and the rest of the service staff were awesome.
