He told us about the car, and didn't make us feel bad for leaving to go test drive another (Ford Fiesta) We came back at 6pm, and even though he was working with another buyer, he made us feel like we were important to him and wanted to make sure that someone helped us with everything we needed. That's when we met Lisa, who finished out the sale. She was just as wonderful - and made the rest of the process effortless. Entire sales staff was very attentive to my questions, needs, and expectations. When the initial deal did not work within my expectations and price point, both Dontay and Ernie worked together to deliver needs, and expectations. When we finally agreed on a payment plan, they did not have the vehicle in any of the colors my wife liked. Ernie was able to bring the price down on the next model up with a minimal increase in monthly payment. Entire staff was friendly and inviting, continually offering refreshments. Would have been a perfect experience if they would have mentioned the stadium seating they had in the other room. Would have made my pregnant wife more comfortable, as we were there four hours. More
