The new car manager, Josh Watts, was also equally outstanding and made "negotiating" seem like a walk in the park. Hwan Kim, with Finance, was cool calm and collected. Not once did he push for us to purchase additional warranties that were not needed. He gave advice, explained why, and it was 100% solid. Also, Alex Judice, with service, took time to show us all of the new options the car had to offer. Thank you for being so patient with us. My sales person is Kenddrie Utka, and he is the reason why I continue to do business with Lexus of Alexandria. Not only is he a top sales person in my view, he is a service person. He provides an efficient and expeditious service that I've only found at Lexus, it is beyond reproach. If it says it, it shall be done. While I know that dealerships are in the business of making money, Kenddrie is in the business of making customers happy - I'm definitely a happy customer. I'm one of those customers that want a lot for little or nothing, and Kenddrie has never failed me. He also exceeds my expectations of delivery. Being as I'm a repeat customer, Kenddrie knows me, and is very patient with dealing with my demands, no matter owe absurd. He is very honest about what he can and can't do. We appreciated that she was not pushy in making her pitch, but, instead, let the quality of the Lexus product speak for itself. My wife and I appreciate that characteristic in a sales person very much, because it demonstrates a level of genuineness that not only compels us to return for our car service but also recommend Ms. Webster and Lindsay Lexus to other prospective buyers. The only complaint we had was our negative experience with Barbara Parker, the financial administrator. When it came to pricing the maintenance plan, she insisted that the plan we were being offered was discounted. However, online we read that the quoted price was standard for the car we had purchased. In summary, we would recommend Lindsay for anyone wishing to buy a Lexus or yearning for a positive car-purchase experience. More
