The perfect car buying experience! Walking on the lot at Lindsay Lexus we were warmly and professionally greeted by Mark Coleman. I knew I wanted to buy a certified pre-owned car I just Walking on the lot at Lindsay Lexus we were warmly and professionally greeted by Mark Coleman. I knew I wanted to buy a certified pre-owned car I just wasn't sure if I wanted a Lexus, BMW, Mercedes or Audi. Mark explained the features and benefits of each model of the Lexus and listened carefully to what I wanted. Never did I feel pressured, which was a welcome relief. Even when we left the dealership for a few hours to see other cars I didn't feel pressured as we left. Mark was confident that he had what I had described I wanted. We returned and were greeted, again, perfectly professionally, and I ended up buying the 2014 ES350 and I love it. This is my third Lexus but my first purchase at Lindsay Lexus. Everyone we dealt with, including the Manager, Ace Rezai, the Financial Services Manager, Hwan Kim, and the Service Consultant, Juan Baez, who patiently explained how to set up our phones on the Bluetooth, were professional, knowledgeable and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. I would buy another car from them, without a doubt. More

I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay Lexus because of the great condition of the car and the excellent service provided by Kevin Johnson. Kevin was honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided me with the Carfax report, NADA value guide and a fair price as soon as I finished test driving the car. He was patient throughout the car buying process and was always prompt in returning my emails and phone calls. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car. After I made the purchase, I noticed a small tear in the leather trim on the first day I brought the car home. I wrote Kevin an email and was pleased to see that he immediately responded and very quickly made arrangements to have the car repaired. So far this has been one of my best car buying experiences and I would not hesitate to buy from Lindsay Lexus again. More
