Harry Vannie was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He was attentive, responsive, and knowledgable but at no point was he ever pushy. He answered our questions, presented our options, and was e with. He was attentive, responsive, and knowledgable but at no point was he ever pushy. He answered our questions, presented our options, and was extremely cool and professional throughout (which is a difficult balance to strike). We felt lucky to have worked with him and will definitely refer our friends to Lindsay precisely because of the experience we had with Harry and because of the quality of the overall experience and product. When I visited Lindsay VW, I explained to the salesman, Trent Harris, that I was shopping for a new car but with a limited income. I already looked at the Jetta and Passat online for pricing. I contacted the dealership by email and Clyde promptly responded. He meet me on my schedule and had the cars I wanted to test drive ready. I had been hesitant to come in as my last experience at a car d responded. He meet me on my schedule and had the cars I wanted to test drive ready. I had been hesitant to come in as my last experience at a car dealer was so bad with the sales person pressuring me every step of the way. I need not have feared. Mr. Htoon was genial, knowledgable and very gracious. He answered all my questions and helped me get exactly what I wanted. David worked so well with us as we bought a new Passat. He knew so much about the car and it really helped as we tred to nail down exactly what features we wanted. I visited a couple other VW dealers in ar He knew so much about the car and it really helped as we tred to nail down exactly what features we wanted. I visited a couple other VW dealers in area and the service level was awful and it was like my business didnt matter. Lindsay was the complete opposite. They treated me farily and didnt overwhelm me with phone calls or emails after my visit. Also, the car i wanted wasn't available at this dealer and wasnt really available in many dealers on east coast so took a little digging. He and Chris Alvarez, sales maanger, stepped up and foun dmy car in a bout a week and had it delivered to the store for me to buy. They went above the call of duty on this sale and i really appreciate it. I would certainly buy from this dealer again when its time to trade in or up. Thanks Dave! More

Straight to the point and no run-around. Alfonso was more of a buyer's advocate than a car salesman. He ensured my objectives were met and his word was good, as everything was in black and white when the dea of a buyer's advocate than a car salesman.
