We were treated very professionally by Lisan and Ken Bell. Lisan is our sales person. He listened to our needs and desires for a new car. When we settled on a Jetta Sportwagon, Lisan did his best to locate the car with the features we wanted. He was never pushy or overbearing. When we said we'd go home and make a decision, he was fine with that. He was a big factor on choosing Lindsay Volkswagen. This dealership is 25 miles and in another state, that says a lot. Ken Bell was knowledgeable and helpful with the financial part of the sale. Again, all was professionally conducted. Ken's politeness and good nature is a plus in this business. This may have been one of the most pleasant business transactions I have had in a while and I cannot believe I am talking about buying a car. I can only hope the Jetta lives up to Lisan's and Ken's work ethic. More

Once I did arrive at Lindsay Volkswagen, Trent attended to me right away. I was there specifically to see the new 2012 Passat. We proceeded to test drive one and Trent went over all of the features that were avaialble. He then listened to the features I cared about and lead me to a car that fit my description. Once again, no hard sell. I did in fact buy the 2012 Passat that afternoon and have owned it for about a week. I am very pleased with this car and have seen gas or, should I say, diesel mileage as high as 52MPG. My experience at Lindsay Volkswagen and Trent Norris was outstanding and I would and have recommended both the dealership and teh new VW Passat to my friends and family. More

Lisan my sales guy was very courteous, professional and efficient with my purchase. He didn't treat me like an idiot and I liked how is totally got what I was looking for in my service experience. Where most dealerships always try and save a penny, Lisan was able to get more for my trade-in than the appraiser offered. It was a welcome surprise. During my paperwork, Lisan entertained me talking about current events. He is very intelligent. It made me feel at ease with the buying process. I didn't feel like I was in there to get wheeled and dealed, I felt like I was chatting it up with my good friend. Lisan is incredibly personable. A welcome relief to some of the dry, old car salesman, who only know you as a part of their commission check. Lisan made it a point to introduce me to people who can help me in the event he is unavailable. Harry Vannie, another sales agent, handled my delivery. He was excellent. Again very personalable and not like a typical sales person. I like to describe the relationship between Lisan and Harry, as Batman and Robin. Not like normal dealerships where the sales agents are going behind each other's backs to get a sale. These two are an amazing team. While Harry helped me during delivery, Lisan was there to help move things from my trade in to my new car. Lisan and Harry deliver the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I feel like I have made friends for life with these two guys. They truly are a class act. And I didn't even mention that when you meet these guys, you think you're looking at pages in GQ. Very handsome and well groomed.
