Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable about VWs in general. I was caught up in the TDY Recall, and decided to sell my 2012 Golf TDI it back to VW and replace it with a new VW. Lindsay went to great lengths to keep us TDI owners informed as the buyback process developed, including hosting an informational dinner last November. My wife and I were undecided between a new GTI and an Alltrack. Joshua patiently worked with us, setting up several test drives and answering countless questions about both cars until we settled on a new GTI Autobahn. We wanted the Driver Assistance Package (DAP), so we needed to do a special factory order. After a 4-month wait, the car came in, but unfortunately it was missing an important option. Although he did not need to, Joshua took full responsibility and mobilized all the resources of the dealership. Bottom line: I had the car exactly as ordered within two weeks. I was very pleased with Joshua’s expertise, dedication, and professionalism. I was also impressed with Clint Kliegel (Sales Manager) and Jerry Holloway’s (General Manager) involvement. Larry Schiro, the Finance Director was also very helpful in finalizing the purchase. I highly recommend Lindsay Volkswagen for both sales and service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More
