Stress Free Buying Experience I scheduled one of my VWs for service last Friday morning. Although this review is not about the service, it was superior. While I was waiting, I talked to Joe Borak about a 2017 Jetta SEL. I wasn't really 100% committed to buying a car at that moment. But, the price they offered me was too good to pass up. So, I made arrangements to come back that evening and close the sale with Josh Pidek. He explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. He showed my daughter all the features of the car and helped get her phone setup with the entertainment system. He could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend Josh and Joe to anyone interested in buying a VW. I should also add that there are a few closer VW dealers to me than Lindsay, but I chose them because of their service and sales. More

Throughout the TDI buyback process Jerry Holloway was amazingly helpful, going so far as treating us to the DC Auto show so we could see the new VW models. Raj Mishra was great in helping us decide on which vehicle honestly met our needs, and budget. Most dealerships we've dealt with in the past try to upsell everything, but at Lindsay we never once felt pressured. My new Tiguan is perfect, and also my 4th VW. I'm sure I will be coming back to Lindsay VW in the future. More

Great Time at Lindsay's VW I have been looking to get a new vehicle for some time now because I have been getting tired of riding around in by beaters. I owned a 2005 VW Jetta w I have been looking to get a new vehicle for some time now because I have been getting tired of riding around in by beaters. I owned a 2005 VW Jetta with about 200,000 miles and a 1996 GMC Sonoma with 170,000 before coming here and I'm very happy that I did. When I showed up to the dealership I was greeted by Bob Derby and we ended up taking a test drive in a 2014 VW Jetta SE and I was very happy with it, but I wanted to consider all of my options. I took the piece of paper that he gave me with the price along with the features that the car had and went to the Mini Cooper, Honda, and the Nissan dealership and they had nothing that had the same or comparable features for the same price without having to buy a car that had 30,000-40,000 more miles on it along with not having a certified warranty. After getting my loan approved they had asked if they could try to beat it. My loan was going to be 5% APR which I was happy with, but they got me down to 2.49%. Along with getting me a better loan I showed up late in the day so they stayed past closing time with me so I would not have to come back another day. Overall I'd say that I had a very good experience and when the time comes to get another vehicle I'd be happy to come back to Lindsay's VW. Big thanks to Bob Derby and Larry Schiro. More
