I was in the market for a very specific build of 2017 VW GTI. On cars(dot)com, I saw the Lindsay VW price was thousands below anyone's for the same build. I reached out via email with a very simple question: "How can your price be so much lower than others dealers on the very same car?" Josua was quick to reply, and explained the incentives they include in the price to arrive at such a low final number. We continued emailing, since I wanted to know as much as possible about how that number was arrived at. ("If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", as the saying goes!) He went so far into detail as to line-item every factor in the lease calculation, and even notified me of a few discounts no other dealer had mentioned to me! Had my local dealer not sourced the vehicle and matched the Lindsay VW offer, I would gladly have traveled the 400 miles to do business with them. Joshua was forthright and transparent in his communication, which was a refreshing change from the usual runaround customers expect from car dealerships. I can honestly say the Lindsay VW experience was so much better than at my local dealer here, I may deal directly with them next time I'm in the market and just deal with the travel! More

I was contacted by Mariya shortly afterwards who set up an appointment the following morning. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived and a car was waiting for me to view and drive. Mariya gave a very professional tour of the automobile and an excellent demonstration drive. I decided on the car and was out an hour later, having traded my SUV for a very fair figure. Net net is that I highly recommend Mariya and Lindsay VW and look forward to working with her again in a couple of years. More
