The repairs needed required a substantial investment that left my wife and I questioning if the repair was worth it for a 9-year-old vehicle. Our VW was dependable and was still proving to be sturdy even though it needed repairs. The repairs would require several days to complete and the folks at Lindsay VW loaned us a 2016 VW. It was at that moment we began to consider perhaps it was time to trade our car for one that was newer. Our mechanic, Matt, was patient while my wife and I gave some thought to leasing a new vehicle. Matt recommended we speak with Joshua in sales and after a day of considering our options we decided to make the call. Joshua listened and worked tirelessly to put together a deal with Laura in Finance that addressed our specific financial picture. They were all professional and in less than 72 hours we invested in a 2016 VW Jetta. This is our third VW over the course of a 22-year marriage and each vehicle has given us superior service. We didn't know anything about Volkswagens, and thought we would probably buy the Honda. Alfonso Monteverde took the time to educate us about the car, the various engines and trim levels, and answered all our questions with great product knowledge and endless patience. Absolutely no pressure at all. We test drove 3 different models/trim levels, and came away with a new Jetta Sport. Alfonso made getting to our price a pleasure, rather than a dread. While we were in finance, also one of the best experiences I have had in consummating a car sale, Alfonso helped get the things out of the car we traded in and into the new car. Then he gave a complete rundown on the features of the car. Since then, he has checked in to see how things are, and offered a refresher/extended education if we want on use of the navigation and other electronic functions. More
