Robert Carter was the first batter up and his approach was relaxed and not anxious to push anything on me. That made a big difference. Secondly there was Mr. Clayton Smith was a pleasure to talk with while test driving the vehicle. He was very helpful with the make and model of the vehicle and it's functions. Last but not least there was Lacee Antosh. She was the one who knocked it out the park. Without her careful persistent and due diligence in what she does this would not have happened.
